Da Nang Home Massage provides professional in-home massage services including In-Home Massage, Body Massage, Foot Massage, Thai Massage, Couple Massage, and other related treatments. All therapists are trained and certified.

Services are provided at your requested location (hotel, villa, apartment) within Da Nang area, subject to availability and our service zones.

Booking and Appointments

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp/Zalo.
  • You must provide accurate information when booking.
  • We will confirm your appointment via phone or email. If we cannot confirm, the booking is not guaranteed.
  • Cancellation Policy: – Free cancellation or rescheduling up to 4 hours before the appointment. – Cancellation within 4 hours or no-show may incur a 50%–100% fee of the service price.

Payment

  • Prices are listed on our website and may change without prior notice.
  • Full payment is required at the time of service or via secure online payment (depending on the method chosen).
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and major payment methods.

Health and Safety

  • You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or pregnancy before the massage.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may cause harm to your health.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide a clean, safe, and private space for the therapist.
  • Be respectful to our therapists. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service and possible ban from future bookings.
  • Ensure someone is present if the booking is for a minor or elderly person.

Da Nang Home Massage is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
